Apply for the 2026 Seoul Tech Scholarship

The Seoul Tech Scholarship aims to cultivate talented individuals who will contribute to the future industries of Seoul.

The program supports outstanding students from around the world in pursuing master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields in Seoul, Korea.

  • 1. Overview

    • The Seoul Tech Scholarship supports outstanding international talents in science
      and engineering pursuing master’s programs at graduate schools in Seoul,
      with the aim of nurturing future industry leaders for Seoul’s future industries.

  • 2. Eligibility

    • Outstanding STEM talents from all countries are eligible to apply.
      • ※ Applicants who hold Korean nationality, or whose parents hold Korean nationality, shall not be eligible.

  • 3. Key Benefits (Expanded Additional Point Provisions)

    • Applicants who meet the requirements for TOPIK certification, research topic, and nationality
      will receive additional points for each applicable criterion.

  • 4. Number of recipients

    • Approximately 30 students
      • ※ Up to five applicants may be selected per country..

  • 5. Support period

    • Up to 2 years

  • 6. Scholarship Support

    • Full coverage for the master program(admission and tuition fee),
      academic incentives (living expenses, health insurance premiums and one-way airfare)

  • 7. Selection process
